Shield: From the Provincial Seal of Oriental Mindoro where the town is located. Equally divided into four (4) quadrants for their major sources of livelihood, namely; mining, tourism, fishing and agricultural industries.
Equidistant Triangle: Three (3) distinct but co-equal branches of government, namely; Executive, Legislative, and Judiciary. Pyramidal direction of object signifies unrelenting struggle of every San Teodoreneans in pursuit of their hopes, dreams and aspirations for a law-abiding, God-fearing and self-reliant citizenry.
1928: Year when Municipality was created on December 08, 1928 by virtue of Republic Act 3498.
Two Laurel Leaves: Prayerful wish of San Teodoreneans that long list of men and women, living and dead who have served the people with honors and distinction would continually grow.
